Registry of Business (ROB)

We can assist Malaysian citizens who would like to register sole-proprietorships or partnerships with the Registry of Business (ROB).  The names of the business will need to be provided so that a search can be carried at the ROB as to the availability of the name to be used for the business.  The new sole-proprietor or partners of the firm to be set up will need to provide the following:-

1. Names of sole-proprietor/partners

2. Identity Numbers (together with a photocopy of the identity card)

3. Current residential address

4. Date of Birth

5. Occupation and other directorship in public listed companies (if applicable)
